Sharron Lynn Williams aged 39, passed away on March 15, 2022. Born in Miami on November 11th, 1982. She was the daughter of Floyd Williams and Abigail Evans Williams. Her high school graduation was at New World School of the Arts where she trained in all forms of dance. At New World, she received several scholarships for the Alvin Ailey summer camp and then was later invited to join Ailey II's second company, Ailey II. Following her graduation from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics, she went to the Neighborhood Playhouse Theater School with James Brill. Conscientious of her talent, skills and passion for art extend to dancing and other arts, she decided to pursue a degree in acting in the Neighborhood Playhouse School of Theater under James Brill. She also has been involved in projects for film and television such as Lovecraft Country Vinyl for HBO, The Get Down Netflix, Scary Movie 5, as well as Netflix's original show The Get Down. She has also played the character of Cinderella at Lincoln Center In the Little Orchestra society's production of Cinderella. The actress had the privilege of traveling across in the US as well as Canada performing in Disney's The Lion King and most recently performing in the Broadway company.
